甲仙國小拔河隊於中華民國100年3月成軍，由五、六年級共三十位學生組成。第一次比賽是由林華曲校長帶領這三十位學生，參加100年3月16日的高雄市國小運動會，當時並沒有任何護具裝備器材，憑著甲仙孩子不服輸的氣魄和鬥志，就榮獲混合隊冠軍、男生隊亞軍。

    同年5月28日，拔河隊再參加教育部全國拔河賽高雄市初賽，榮獲班級組冠軍，並取得高雄市代表隊資格，參加全國賽。頒獎典禮時，主辦單位以「顛覆傳統的奇蹟」來形容甲仙國小拔河隊。

    101年6月2、3日，拔河隊參加教育部全國拔河賽，榮獲男生隊全國亞軍，當時由楊力州導演來學校和比賽現場拍攝紀錄片【拔一條河】 微電影，本片於101年7月11日在統一企業公司召開首映記者會，並在網路播放，獲得社會各界支持。

    102年7月14日，【拔一條河】 電影版為臺北電影節閉幕代表電影，並於同年9月6日在全國各大電影院上映，本片榮獲金馬獎五十周年最佳紀錄片入圍。

    104年，拔一條河編入國小國語科教材，將甲仙拔河隊的鬥志和甲仙鄉親們的熱情推廣到全國。

    105年4月，甲仙國小拔河隊獲選為全國具有正能量影響力的單位，並由胡道明導演來甲仙拍攝微電影【跌倒不怕再攻】 做為宣傳。

    各大媒體包含新聞台、電視台、報紙、雜誌……也常常介紹甲仙國小拔河隊，今周刊以【一條繩子，拉起一個鄉】做為雜誌封面標題，聯合報以【甲仙的孩子，靠借來的鞋，走出自己的路】為標題。   

    中華民國拔河國家代表隊教練 --- 蔡三雄教練、郭昇教練特地多次到甲仙指導，高雄市拔河協會總幹事陳正光校長、呂文豪主任，常到甲仙來指導孩子拔河訓練，並帶來五十雙拔河鞋，高雄市拔河協會主任委員童燕珍議員捐贈拔河繩。統一企業公司贊助全新拔河鞋二十八雙，以及許多單位的捐款，都是甲仙國小拔河隊前進的力量。

     除此之外，甲仙地方上的鄉親，也特別支持拔河隊，在統帥阿忠和皇都誌誠​兩位大哥，和法鼓山師兄、師姐的熱心串連之下，竟能獲得甲仙鄉親​和在外遊子的熱情關注，進而慷慨解囊，此種​發自內心的善念和關懷，讓全體師生充滿感恩與感動，也無形間凝聚​了甲仙失落已久的朝氣與活力。這種意外的收穫，真是拔河隊始料未及的。希望能藉由拔河隊的鬥志和氣魄，為甲仙帶來一股向上提升的能量。讓甲仙能​昂首闊步，走出另一片蔚藍的天空。

    109年9月23日，皇田工業股份有限公司捐贈二十雙拔河鞋，期許拔河隊小將們於比賽時爭取到好成績。

    甲仙國小拔河隊在二任校長 --- 林華曲校長、陳姚如校長的帶領、甲仙鄉親的大力支持和鼓勵、社會各界善心的關懷下，得以成長茁壯。甲仙的孩子也以積極苦練、奮力拼戰，得到很好的成績，來回報各界的激勵。

高雄市甲仙國小八人制拔河隊發展歷程之研究(2011~2020)

摘  要

本研究採訪談研究與文獻分析法。探討甲仙國小八人制拔河隊2011~2020年發展歷程。訪談當事者是本研究主要資料來源，輔以文獻資料的佐證、相關資料之整理、歸納與分析後，建構出本文內容。其研究目的(一) 探討甲仙國小拔河隊的發展歷程就拔河隊成立原因、學生的練習情況、訓練的環境、學校行政資源、歷年參賽成績變化等項目。(二) 探討拔河隊在發展歷程中與甲仙社區的互動。

透過研究者的鋪陳與轉化，將發展歷程中所遇到的困境及與甲仙社區互動情形，呈現於研究內容中。研究結果發現，學校端、拔河隊員、社區民眾三者關係，因為拔河這項運動讓甲仙人團結在一起。隊員們在克難的練習環境下得到市冠軍，民眾夾道歡呼，直到【拔一條河】電影上映，透過電影讓全台灣的民眾知道甲仙國小拔河隊的練習環境與當時發展的困境。造就了「拔河」是甲仙國小另一個代名詞。

學校藉由申請計畫改善練習環境，其成果直接反映在拔河隊的比賽成績上，對外比賽屢獲佳績。但是近年來隨著少子化的因素，拔河隊的人員招募也受到影響，間接的影響比賽成績。

Research on the development process of the eight persons tug – of – war term in Kaohsiung Jia Sian Elementary School from 2011 to 2020

ABSTRACT

    This research adopts interview research and literature analysis method. To discuss the development process of the eight persons tug – of – war term in Jia Sian Elementary School from 2011 to 2020. The interviewees are the main source of data for this study, supplemented by documentary evidence, collation, induction and analysis of relevant materials, to construct the content of this article. There are two purposes of this research. The first purpose: to explore the development process of the  eight persons tug – of – war term in Jia Sian Elementary School which is including the reasons for the establishment, the practice of the students , the training environment, the school’s administrative resources, and the changes in the competition results over the years. The second purpose: to discuss the interaction between the tug – of – war term and the Jia Sian community in the development process.

    Through researcher’s transformation, and the difficulties encountered in the development process and the interaction with the Jia Sian community are presented in the research content. The results of the study found that there is a relationship between the school , the tug – of – war term players, and the community, because the sport if tug – of – war term unites the Jia Sian residents. The players won the champion with the difficult training environment. Until the movie “Bridge Over Troubled Water” was released, all people could know the training environment of the tug – of – war term and the difficulties of development at that time through the movie. “Tug – of – war “ is another synonym for Jia Sian Elementary School.

The school improves the practice environment an the results are directly reflected in the results of the tug – of – war term, and have repeatedly achieved good results in external competitions. But in recent years, with the factor of declining birth rate, the recruitment of the tug – of – war term has also been affected which indirectly affects the competition results.
