English is a key to communicate with people from different countries. In the Global Village Room students will first locate where Taiwan is before exploring the world. Identifying oneself is the first step, making it possible to share one’s own cultures with friends from other countries. Our students will also practice using English and sharing their ideas with one another; moreover, they get to know features of other countries and learn to respect cultural differences.

英語是與外國人溝通的關鍵。在地球村探索世界前，學生之首要是定位台灣。因為瞭解及定位自己後才能與外國友人分享自身的文化。在使用英語分享彼此想法的同時，學生在珍視自己的文化下，更進一步去認識不同國家的特色和學會尊重文化上的差異。
